It’s finally the spring season. The time to smell the freshly bloomed flowers, see bumblebees flying around, and style bright and beautiful outfits. The spring season is kind of just like the summer, but I feel that you can play with your style a little more in the spring. With new emerging trends crossing our paths almost every week, I think that the one trend that I need to see explode would have to be puffer handbags.

I know what you are saying, “Taylor do you mean puffer coats? and if you do, I would never wear such a thing in the spring.” I know it took me aback when I first saw the name of the bag and when I saw it in person, I was taken aback even more. “so, Taylor, What is Puffer Handbags?” well, I’m glad you asked.
Puffer Handbags is a puffer coat but in handbag form. Just like how puffer coats are usually made of a nylon-like material, so are Puffer Handbags. And this is where the con of these bags come in, but we’ll get into that later in the article.
The first time I saw a puffer handbag would have to be at H&M., I saw this large grey version of the bag, and it seriously made me tilt my head and wonder who came up with such an idea. After holding up the bag for what seemed like 20 minutes, I decided to purchase (here comes my terrible but amazing shopping addiction). I instantly fell in love right after. This handbag could primarily be used for the fall/winter season, but I have recently found that it’s even more suitable for the spring as well. The Puffer handbag is an essential and must-have for your closet. I feel that this type of bag can eventually become a timeless piece.

Now on to the cons of this bag that you all are waiting for. Since puffer handbags are usually made with nylon material, It stains easily. This is one of the main reasons I was skeptical about spending big bucks on the Prada Nylon bag (and why I opted for an exact version for way cheaper at H&M). But the gag about this problem is that you can wash it in cold water and some regular laundry detergent and be good to go.
The ultra-cozy puffer handbag should for sure be on the list of new fashion items that you need to purchase. I have also listed some of my favorite puffer handbags to shop from.
